Stephanie Churchill runs the Birmingham office of Churchill Taxation – in particular this covers Birmingham and the Black Country. Stephanie also has a strong presence in London and is able to provide national coverage.

Stephanie is an experienced tax professional with a wealth of experience in advising wealthy individuals from a personal perspective and in relation to extracting funds tax efficiently from their companies.

She has been in the tax profession for almost 20 years. She trained at one of the big 4 accountancy firms and worked in mid-tier accountancy firms for a number of years thereafter.

Stephanie is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Stephanie has wide ranging experience in advising wealthy individuals and their businesses. She is well known in the private client professional community for being a tax technical expert with a commercial approach to dealing with the issues of affluent business owners and high net worth individuals.

nicoleNicole Andrews

Nicole Andrews runs the Worcester office of Churchill Taxation – in particular this covers Worcestershire and surrounding areas.

She is an experienced tax professional with a wealth of experience in advising wealthy individuals from a personal perspective and in relation to extracting funds tax efficiently from their companies.

Nicole has been in the profession for over ten years and has worked at a number of mid tier firms, including two of the largest mid-tier firms in recent years.

Nicole is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.

Nicole has a wide range of experience in advising wealthy individuals and their companies, priding herself on being able to provide a holistic and common sense approach to dealing with clients’ tax problems and issues in a manner which is both understandable and jargon free.


Helen Jameson

Helen’s working life began with Sandwell Council Public Libraries, moving from a “Saturday job” to full time position as Senior Assistant. Her methodical and disciplined approach to work along with good communication skills meant that on occasions she was responsible for the running of the branch library.

She joined Starbuck Stone the company that through a series of mergers and take overs eventually became Baker Tilly working for twenty two years.

Helen was appointed as a part time admin assistant responsible for filing and the existing archives, but within a month she was asked to work full time. During this time she set up an effective archiving system that was also implemented in other offices.

Her role and duties developed to becoming Facility Supervisor and Health & Safety officer attaining IOSH Managing Safely and a First Aid Certificate as well as NVQ Level 3 Business Administration.

The Supervisor role meant not only was she responsible for all aspects of managing a building but admin support including the management of the office petty cash system.

Helen provides an admin and bookkeeping function for Churchill Taxation. She will also ensure that the building that has been acquired for the operations headquarters will meet all the Health & Safety requirements.


Emma Barnes

Emma works on a freelance basis and is located in Nantwich, Cheshire. She has been in the tax profession for 15 years, having originally trained at PwC in Birmingham, where she first worked
with Stephanie. Emma relocated to Baker Tilly in Stoke on Trent in 2000 and moved to BDO LLP in Manchester in 2oo5 where she progressed to Manager. Emma has worked on a freelance basis for almost 6 years, since the birth of her first child.

Emma is an experienced tax professional having worked in corporate tax dealing with tax compliance, she is also experienced in tax advisory services ranging from Owner Managed Businesses through to private client taxation. Emma takes pride in being approachable and also in the ability to explain complex tax matters in plain English.

She is also involved in producing tax training material for individuals studying for professional tax exams.

Emma is a member of the ATT and Chartered Institute of Taxation.
